In awe at Dublin board – any others out there?

Already in awe at the Dublin County Board’s swift and proper response to the alleged head butting of Tommy Freeman when I read that they have suspended one of its hurling clubs from all competitions until they identify a supporter who assaulted an inter-county referee during a club game.
They are 100 per cent right to take this stand as although we all have had our problems with referees sometime in the past you wouldn’t do their job for all the tea in China as it is a thankless task.
There can be no hiding place in our games for any thug who assaults a ref and the Kevin’s club should issue an ultimatum to the thug in question to hand himself in to the authorities to face the full wrath of the county board.
If he won’t do so then the club should hand him over simple as that. He is no great shakes to the club if he is prepared to see the club banned from all competition over his cowardly action.
This is a board which is unafraid to take resolute action, are there any other good county boards out there who have such a no nonsense approach?
